vitamins list
vitamins list, plus foods rich in them ...
No need for me to mention that vitamins
are good for your health, is there?...
But why is this?... What do they do?...
Basically, vitamins are essential for your nerve, muscle
and brain function.
They're a vital part of your metabolic chain, whereby
the food you take in is broken down and used for energy.
"Raw" and "fresh" are valuable keywords for any
vitamin-rich diet ... so many vitamins are stripped out of foods during
the refining process.
Vitamins B and C, in particular, are extremely unstable
and easily destroyed by air, light, heat, water and storage.
Fortunately, you'll find vitamins in a wide range of
foods.
And, your main aim should be to eat a really varied
diet, so your body gets the required amounts of each vitamin.
