- Split leaves open using a sharp
knife
- Extract the gel from in between

- 50 grams aloe vera gel
- 50 grams cucumber - peel
removed, roughly chopped
- 50 ml distilled water
Method
1. Place ingredients into electric blender.

4. Rinse off with warm water in the morning.
5. Keep cream in fridge for up to 7 days.
